My name is Suzetta Large and I have ADHD.
I struggled, got lost and found my way accomplished a few things, and continued to struggle while accomplishing a few more things. Then I jumped on the self-awareness train: Therapy with my husband; therapy with my daughter; and therapy with myself. That led me to ADHD life coaching where self-awareness is pursued at every turn.
I have done my work, and I have found my way to my inner self. I know me. I love me, all of me. I forgive myself. I trust me. I am me.
If I had the awareness of how ADHD was impacting my parenting, my relationship with my husband, and my relationships with family and friends, so much of the struggle would have lessened. Let's just say I am glad the struggle is over. This is why I became a trained ADHD Life Coach.
I am helping other people know themselves in the light of love and self-awareness.
It is all about answering the questions of who we are—our core values drive the decisions made every minute of every day—each of us uniquely.
It has been a self-driven journey. An effort to understand that I occasionally screw up. An effort to strive to be my best. An effort to check in repeatedly, throughout time. An effort to thrive. To appreciate Suzetta in all her glory.
